Description
The Judson Independent School District is seeking a vendor to provide landscaping maintenance services at all or selected district properties. The contract will commence on January 23, 2026, for a two-year period, with options for three additional one-year extensions. The vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, fuel, materials, equipment, and accessories required to perform the services. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any and all individual line items as described in the proposal documents.
• The vendor must have open lines of communication with district personnel to effectively perform duties as required in the contract.
• The vendor must meet standards of local, state, and federal requirements.
• The vendor must comply with Senate Bill 9 certification.
• The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance or appropriate documentation to the district certifying the required coverage levels.
• The vendor must designate a representative who shall act as contact with district personnel.
