The Plymouth-Canton Community Schools is seeking bids for the PCCS EL-4 project, which includes the addition and remodeling of Gallimore Elementary and the remodeling of Hoben Elementary. The project consists of various bid divisions, including earthwork, selective demolition, interior concrete flat work, steel, roofing, and more. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through Building Connected, and a pre-bid meeting will be held on November 20th, 2025, to review the project bidding documents and answer questions. The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract, provide insurance certificates, and file the required bonds within ten days after notice of award.
