RECS RESOLICIT RFP State Design Guidelines and Cap

The State of Minnesota is requesting proposals for Architectural services to update the existing State Design Guidelines 8th Edition and Capitol Complex Design Guidelines. The awarded firm will be required to conduct a comprehensive review and update incorporating current MN Statutes, code requirements, B3/SB2030 and other Agency specific requirements. Key tasks include: • Conducting a comprehensive review and update of the State Design Guidelines and Capitol Complex Design Guidelines • Incorporating current MN Statutes, code requirements, B3/SB2030 and other Agency specific requirements • Providing architectural services to support the update of the guidelines The proposal must include a fee proposal, qualifications proposal, and other required documents. The State reserves the right to cancel the solicitation if it is considered to be in its best interest.
