Description
The Florida Department of Revenue is seeking information from vendors who can provide online testing hosting platform and online human-based, real-time exam proctoring services for the Property Tax Oversight (PTO) Certification & Training (C&T) program. The services required include online testing hosting platform, online human-based, real-time exam proctoring, and optional in-person testing hosting at a vendor testing center. The vendor should be able to provide a secure platform, customizable certificates, self-registration option, and ability to setup user groups. The vendor should also be able to provide email/phone technical support for administrators.
