Description
The Navajo Nation’s Capital Projects Management Department is seeking a qualified design‑build contractor to construct a new 6,000‑sq‑ft Chapter House in Oljato, Utah. The contract includes full design, engineering, site development, and construction services with a guaranteed maximum price and strict compliance with building, plumbing, and ADA codes. Proposers must conduct a mandatory site visit, submit a sealed hard‑copy proposal, and provide a 10 % bid security. The selection will be made under Navajo Nation procurement statutes, with preference given to Navajo entities.
