The Canandaigua VAMC is seeking to purchase supply and delivery of 16 Hot and Cold Carts for the Canandaigua Kitchen. The carts must be fully compatible with the current site utilities and plumbing, and have specific features such as solar powered thermometer, insulation, and temperature control dial. The carts should also meet certain dimensions and weight requirements. The evaluation criteria for proposals will be based on technical compliance, cost proposal, warranty and support services offered. • The carts must have standard features including solar powered thermometer, insulation, and temperature control dial. • The carts should have preferred dimensions and weight, with a weight less than 250lbs, height of 45” or less, depth of 45” or less, and width of 40” or less. • The equipment must comply with standards outlined in both National Fire Protection Association “Health Care Facilities” (NFPA- 99) standard and the latest edition of The Joint Commission “Comprehensive Accreditation Manual for Hospitals.”
