The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is seeking bids for the construction of a 33'x26' Isolation Building at the Rifle Falls SFU. The project includes site grading, earthwork, foundation, concrete slab, electrical and plumbing installations, and other related work. The successful bidder will be required to complete the project within 90 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires a 5% bid bond for bids over $50,000. • The successful bidder will be required to submit proof of insurance and obtain a performance bond and labor and material bond. • The project is subject to the Colorado Labor requirement, which requires that at least 80% of the work be performed by Colorado labor. • The project also requires compliance with the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) preference and the apprenticeship contribution requirement.
