The Department of Veterans Affairs (VISN 5) is issuing an Intent‑to‑Sole‑Source notice to award a five‑year maintenance and support contract for its proprietary “Compass Router” systems. The contractor must provide 100 % of the work—break‑fix, software updates, patches, and vulnerability remediation—across six VA medical facilities in Maryland, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Only Laurel Bridge Software, Inc. (or its authorized agents) is authorized to perform these services, and any subcontracting must be disclosed.
