PowderPro Lab-Scale Granulator or Equivalent

The Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking to procure a PowderPro LS-6 Freeze Dryer or a qualified domestic equivalent. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price proposal/quote, and the award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. The laboratory is looking for a lab-scale granulator, and the anticipated subcontract period of performance is to be determined. The proposal should include a firm fixed price quote with the proposed delivery schedule, and any tariffs shall be expressly stated and priced separately on the quote. • The proposal should include a completed and signed copy of the attached documents, including the Abbreviated Representations and Certifications. • The seller is responsible for all packing and shipping provisions to ensure that the system arrives at the company's site in an undamaged, working condition. • The seller shall inform the company of shipping plans two weeks before actual shipment. • The proposal should include any exceptions taken to the terms and conditions listed, and the seller should explain the reason(s) for the non-compliance and identify any alternate solutions to achieve compliance.
