Description
The City of Detroit’s Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking qualified, pre‑qualified vendors to provide demolition, removal, transport and disposal (backfill) of fill material for approximately 20 planned residential properties. Each property group will be evaluated separately; the City may award any combination of groups to one or multiple vendors. Vendors must submit a detailed price sheet, professional rate schedule, and a signed signature page via the Oracle Supplier Portal. The contract requires performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract value, and all work must be completed within 120 calendar days after a Notice to Proceed. Bonds, insurance, and compliance with the City’s demolition program are mandatory.
