Underwater Bridge Safety Inspection Services

The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for underwater bridge safety inspection services. The scope of work includes performing as-needed underwater routine bridge inspections for Wayne County-owned bridges in accordance with the National Bridge Inspection Standards. The contract term is for 5 years with an option for extension. Proposers must demonstrate their ability to meet the minimum qualifications outlined in the RFP, including prequalification with the Michigan Department of Transportation. • The proposal must include a complete response to each of the submittal requirements listed in the Evaluation Criteria and Submittal Requirements section of the RFP. • The proposal must include a signed Proposal Form, Pricing Sheet, and other required documents. • The proposal must demonstrate the proposer's ability to meet or exceed the Evaluation Criteria outlined in Section 4.10 of the RFP. • The proposal must include any additional documentation that supports the proposer's ability to meet or exceed the Evaluation Criteria. • The proposal must be submitted electronically through the BidNet Direct (MITN) Bid System.
