On-Call Paving Services

The County of San Mateo is seeking proposals for on-call paving services to support the maintenance and repair of its park system. The selected contractor will provide responsive pavement and related infrastructure services across the park system, including asphalt surface maintenance and repair, parking lot improvements and striping, drainage and culvert work, erosion control, and restoration of disturbed areas. The contractor will also be required to provide a project manager to oversee all aspects of the work, develop and submit a work plan and schedule for each task order, and ensure all personnel are properly trained and certified for the tasks they are performing. • The contract term will be for three years with an option to extend for an additional two years. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the proposal process. • Proposers must submit their proposals electronically through the eProcurement portal by the deadline. • The County will evaluate proposals based on firm qualifications, price, and other factors.
