Description
The Triton Regional School District is seeking the services of a qualified Owner's Project Manager to provide project management services for the design, construction, demolition, addition to, and/or renovation of the Triton Regional High School. The project includes feasibility study, schematic design, design development, construction, and closeout. The estimated total project cost may range from $100 million to $300 million.
Key points to consider:
• The Owner's Project Manager will represent the Owner during the feasibility study and schematic design phases, which may be amended to include continued project management services through design development, construction, bid and award, construction, and final closeout.
• A voluntary informational meeting and walk-through will be conducted on October 13, 2025, at 4:00 PM at the Triton Regional High School site.
• Proposals will be received until 4:00 PM on October 27, 2025.
