This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive road maintenance services for the Victory Heights Road Maintenance District, covering roughly 2.95 miles of unpaved public roads. The work includes routine grading, snow removal, culvert inspection/repair, and various minor improvements such as cindering and fill work. The contract is a one‑year term with the possibility of up to four additional one‑year extensions, and the district has allocated an annual budget of $20,000 for these activities.
• Perform grading, water application, and compaction on ~2.95 mi of unpaved roads (approximately four times per year).
• Provide snow‑removal services and respond within 24 hours of notification.
• Inspect, clean, replace, and install culverts; conduct additional minor road‑related improvements as directed.
• Supply and operate equipment (grader ≥ 40,500 lb, water‑truck ≥ 4,000 gal, pneumatic roller, back‑hoe, dump‑truck) and bill hourly for extra equipment usage.
