The equipment to be covered is Boston Scientific IC FFR Link EssentialCare, IC Polaris-iLab EssentialCare, IC AVVIGO EssentialCare. Required coverage to include, but not limited to: Unlimited number of technical support calls, 24/7 phone support during a patient procedure, 100% coverage on parts/labor/travel (if applicable). Replacement unit shipped within 48 hours, standard next day shipping. Software updates, software upgrades, technology upgrade and one hardware upgrade, as applicable.
