Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for the purchase of Honeywell ProWatch PW7K1IC Boards. The boards are part of the ProWatch PW-7000 Intelligent Controller for 32 I/O or Reader Boards. Bidders must submit their bids via email to [email protected], and the bid must include the unit cost, shipping and handling, and any applicable costs. The evaluation method will factor in unit price and delivery time to determine the lowest and best bid received.
• The bid must be submitted with a PDF file of the Request For Bid Form, Terms & Conditions, Northern Ireland Affidavit, and Wage Theft Form.
• The bidder must provide product and warranty information if applicable.
• The bidder must include the Document ID Number, Bid Description, Buyer's Name, and Closing Date in the email subject line.
• The bid must be received by December 4, 2025, 3:00 PM.
