Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, intends to award a sole-source contract for the purchase of a brand name only Damae Medical Video Dermoscope. The device will be used with the existing Damae Medical Deep Live device at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Dermatology. The contract is expected to be a firm fixed price contract with a NAICS Code of 334510. The delivery requirement is 60 days ARO.
• The contract is for a brand name only product, and only one responsible source can provide the supplies or services at the required level of quality.
• The device includes virtual training and has a part number of VDAI.
• A Sole Source Justification has been prepared, and a Buy American Act waiver has been obtained from the Made in America Office.
• Responses must be received no later than 12:00pm EST on 21 July 2026, and must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be in the best interest of the Government.
