Description
The Stoughton Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals for the provision of laundry facility services at its elderly/disabled public housing developments. The selected Proposer will be required to provide new washers and dryers, install the improvements at each of the premises, maintain the improvements in good working order, and provide all labor and parts required for repairs at no cost to the SHA. The Proposer will also be required to provide related accessories, including a laundry/folding table and appropriate signage at each development. The contract term will be either five, eight, or ten years, at the discretion of the SHA.
The key aspects of the proposal include:
• Providing laundry facility services to multi-housing developments
• Providing laundry equipment repair services
• Responding to customer service requests
• Maintaining the premises and all vents from dryer/washer connectors to the exteriors of the buildings
• Providing computer-generated monthly financial reports
• Accepting and responding to all customer service inquiries and complaints
• Related services as the SHA directs
