M4 Mooring Winch Repair onboard T-AKE Class Vessel

The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price Supply-type Purchase Order to OEM MACGREGOR USA INC for repairs on the M4 Mooring Winch onboard a T-AKE Class Vessel in Korea. The requirement is sole sourced to OEM MACGREGOR USA INC as the equipment being repaired is a Ship's Critical Safety Item. The contractor will be required to perform the repairs in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is expected to be from August 1, 2026, to September 14, 2026. • The contractor will be required to provide labor and materials for the repairs. • The contractor will be required to submit reports and invoices in accordance with the contract. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) and obtain any necessary certifications.
