Description
The Federal Prison Industries/UNICOR is seeking to procure insulation fabrics that meet the Berry Amendment requirements. The solicitation includes two types of fabrics: FAB6090 (18,000 yards) and FAB6080 (16,000 yards), both of which must meet specific performance testing requirements and toxicity requirements. The offeror must provide a certificate of conformance, Berry Amendment, shade test result, and lab test result for each fabric shipment. The evaluation procedures will include adherence to Berry Amendment compliant material.
