Description
The Santa Clarita Valley School Food Services Agency (SCVSFSA) is soliciting qualified vendors to procure and deliver a broad range of USDA‑program foods, commercial equivalents, and other commercial food products to its central warehouse in Santa Clarita, CA. The contract will run for one year (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with the possibility of up to two additional one‑year renewals. Vendors must provide firm, fixed‑price unit quotes for each line‑item, meet extensive food‑safety, labeling, Buy‑American, and Proposition 12 requirements, and fulfill a delivery schedule of three weekly shipments (Mon, Wed, Fri) between 06:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
• Supply and FOB‑delivery of >150 distinct food items (processed USDA foods, commercial equivalents, bakery, snack, dairy, meat, gluten‑free products, etc.) with specified pack sizes and estimated annual usage.
• Provide all required certifications (Civil Rights, Non‑Collusion, Drug‑Free Workplace, Workers’ Compensation, Buy‑American, Proposition 12, China Prohibition, etc.) and maintain temperature‑controlled transport (≤ 40 °F refrigerated, ≤ 8 °F frozen).
• Submit a single PDF (≤ 5 attachments) via Secure Bids by 2 June 2026, 3:00 PM PST; respond to any clarification questions by 27 May 2026.
