Update to Amendment P0001 10.23.25 **IIJA (Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act)** INSTALL AIR CURTAINS ALBUQUERQUE (ZAB) ARTCC

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to install air curtains at the ZAB ARTCC in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The project involves installing air curtains at multiple locations, including Location 2 and Location 3, and requires coordination with FAA security and fire protection vendors. The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and must submit a completed SIR document, experience questionnaire, and representation and certifications. The evaluation factors and basis for award are found in Section M of the solicitation document. • The project requires a site visit to verify the routing path and final termination location for CAT5 runs. • The contractor must relocate security hardware at Location 3 and coordinate with FAA security for the final wiring connection. • The contractor must not interfere with the fire sprinkler line at Location 2. • The contractor must coordinate with Schneider, the controls vendor responsible for FAA's BACnet network, for the CAT5 handoff. • The project start date will be determined based on the date bids are received and the contractor's proposed schedule.
