Description
The City of Grants Pass is seeking bids for the construction of the FY25 Conklin Sewer Replacement project. The project includes the installation of approximately 2,955 LF of 8" sanitary sewer main, 9 sanitary sewer manholes, and other related work. The project is expected to be completed within 90 calendar days after a written notice to proceed is issued. The bid documents and construction drawings may be obtained from the City of Grants Pass, Engineering Division.
• The project includes the installation of sanitary sewer main, manholes, and laterals.
• The project requires the removal of existing sanitary sewer manholes and appurtenances.
• The project includes asphalt paving and patching, and sidewalk, curb, and gutter work.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting.
• The project requires bidders to be prequalified in conformance with Oregon Revised Statute 279C.430.
