Description
The North Dakota Department of Water Resources is seeking a new Cat 326‑type hydraulic excavator (or equivalent) with a full suite of attachments and local service support. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, award‑by‑lowest‑responsive‑bid, and requires delivery within 30 days of order issuance and parts/service availability within 15 miles of the Bismarck facility.
• Provide a Cat 326‑class excavator meeting detailed specs (engine, reach, cab, hydraulic pressure, safety/automation, etc.).
• Include six attachments: 48” grading bucket, 42” trenching bucket, skeleton bucket, compaction wheel, and two custom couplers.
• Must supply local parts and service capability, maintain a dedicated sales rep, and ship FOB destination to 2901 East Main, Bismarck, ND.
