Description
The Cherokee County School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide customized air filter services for HVAC systems. The selected vendor will be responsible for installing and replacing air filters district-wide on a quarterly basis. The air filters must have a rating of Merv 8 or Merv 9. The contract will be awarded on an all-or-none basis.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing all necessary services for air filter installation and replacement
• Managing quarterly change-outs of filters at all CCSD locations
• Ensuring all air filters meet the required Merv 8 or Merv 9 rating
• Working with the CCSD Procurement Services Department to fulfill the contract
