Notice of Intent to Sole Source – ANARK Software Licenses, Maintenance, and Support

The U.S. Navy’s Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Digital Group seeks a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract with Anark Corporation to provide ANARK software licenses, ongoing maintenance, and technical support for the Aviation Product Lifecycle Management (AvPLM) program. The effort includes support for the ANARK Core Server and Workstation applications, generation of 3‑D PDF files from CAD models, and an optional pool of professional service hours for integration and extended configuration work. While the contract is non‑competitive, other qualified vendors may submit a five‑page capability statement for agency consideration.
