Description
Arapahoe Community College is seeking an Architectural Planner to prepare a Program Plan for the renovation of the 3rd and 4th floors of the Main Building. The plan should include scope of work, plan diagrams, phasing plans, and identification of deferred maintenance and code deficiencies. The selected firm will work with the college's Advisory Committee and provide a final deliverable by March 2027. The project aims to improve the student learning environment by right-sizing the mix of large, medium, and small rooms, updating classroom A/V systems, replacing finishes, and adding whiteboards and podiums.
