Description
The North Carolina Department of Revenue is seeking proposals for seized property services to support the collection of delinquent tax liabilities. The services include loading, moving, towing, storage, and live and/or online auction services statewide on an as-needed basis. The contract term is for three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
• The scope of work includes seized property services for vehicles and personal property.
• The vendor must have experience in providing similar services and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The evaluation criteria include best value, technical merit, past performance, and probability of performing the specifications stated in the solicitation.
• The vendor must provide a pricing proposal that includes all associated fees, including mileage.
• The vendor must also provide a storage site requirements checklist and other relevant documentation.
