Description
The Columbia County School District (CCSD) is requesting 9 separate proposals for playground equipment and shade structures. The project involves the installation of playground equipment and shade structures at 9 different locations. Vendors are responsible for all debris removal, site preparation, and permitting. The installations must meet or exceed NRPA guidelines, county, state, and federal requirements. The budget will be discussed at the pre-bid meeting, and pricing should be valid through June 30, 2024.
• The proposals should include pricing, detailed product descriptions, and warranty information.
• Vendors must submit a minimum of three references for projects of similar size and scope.
• The proposals should include a delivery schedule based on DARO.
• Vendors must provide proof of General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Automotive Insurance.
• The contract will require the vendor to repair any damage to school property and pay for it.
• The vendor must also provide an E-verify form within 10 working days following award notification.
