Nicollet Reservoir Roof Replacement (26-307)

The City of Burnsville is seeking qualified contractors to replace the roof of the Nicollet Reservoir facility. The scope includes demolition of existing roofing, installation of new roofing systems, and associated mechanical, electrical, and finishing work across multiple divisions (Concrete, Carpentry, Roofing, Painting, Mechanical, Electrical). All work must comply with municipal specifications and be completed on a design‑build basis with electronic bid submission via Building Connected. • Replace existing roof and associated waterproofing for the Nicollet Reservoir. • Perform concrete, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and painting work as detailed in the division specifications. • Submit electronic bids by May 5, 2026; a pre‑bid conference is held April 22, 2026 (optional).
