Correspondence Production Service Printer Refresh

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking information from industry regarding its capability to provide Brand Name or Equal Ricoh Printers and Services. The IRS intends to award a firm fixed price contract with an anticipated 12-month base period. The contractor will be required to provide one Ricoh High-speed Continuous Feed Monochrome Ink Jet print system and four Ricoh cut-sheet printers. The contractor will also be required to de-install current equipment, install and configure new equipment, and provide training. • The contractor must provide equipment that meets the specifications outlined in the performance work statement. • The contractor must conduct a kickoff meeting with CPS representatives within two weeks of receipt of the purchase order. • The contractor must provide a project plan that outlines the schedule and milestones from project kickoff through completion of live production test. • The contractor must deliver all equipment to CPS and install and configure the IRS-purchased production hardware, operating systems, and software. • The contractor must test and verify the print system to ensure proper configuration and operation.
