The Lanmark Group is seeking Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women's Business Enterprise (WBE), and Service Disable Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) Subcontractors for the DASNY – Kingsborough Community College Bldg G Health and Physical Education Building Pool Renovation and Associated Asbestos Abatement project. The possible trades they are looking to subcontract include demolition, asbestos removal, concrete restoration, masonry, and more. The project is located at 1925 Oriental Blvd, Brooklyn, NY 11235, and all work must be performed per the PLA using union labor. The subcontracting goals for the project are 18% for Minority Owned Sub-Contracting, 12% for Women Owned Sub-Contracting, and 6% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting.
