Sole Source- United States Naval Academy Underwater High Speed Digital Image Correlator

The United States Naval Academy is seeking a sole source contract for an underwater high-speed digital image correlation system. The system must be capable of characterizing blast and pressure wave effects on underwater structures and must integrate with the existing underwater digital image correlation infrastructure at the academy. The system will be used for advanced research initiatives, including underwater sustainability, battle damage resilience, and survivability analysis.
