Annual Landscape Services

The City of Irving is seeking bids for annual landscape services. The scope of work includes landscaping, tree installation, landscape bed preparation, plant material installation, minor grading, turf, sod, or hydromulch, clearing and grubbing of trees, underbrush, and debris removal, maintenance, irrigation and drainage, and other related services. The city will award the contract to the lowest most responsive and responsible bidder. The contract is for a two-year period, with an estimated annual amount of $650,000. • Landscaping and tree installation • Landscape bed preparation and plant material installation • Minor grading and turf, sod, or hydromulch • Clearing and grubbing of trees, underbrush, and debris removal • Maintenance, including cleaning out landscape beds • Irrigation and drainage, including irrigation system design and new installation • Fence installation and repairs • Hardscape installation and repairs, including concrete sidewalks and landscape borders • Erosion control, including silt fence or straw waffle logs installation • Miscellaneous installations, including drinking fountain installation and trail marker installation
