Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division (FMD) is seeking bids for aboveground storage tank services. The selected bidder will provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to perform aboveground storage tank maintenance and repair services, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and training services, at the Central Utility Plant (Building #095) in Sacramento, CA. The contract term is anticipated to be three years, with the option for the bidder's rates to remain in effect for the entire contract term. The bidder must possess a valid C-61, Limited Specialty with subcategory D-40 Service Station Equipment and Maintenance license and provide proof of insurance. The bid submission must include all required attachments, and the bidder must comply with prevailing wage rates and other requirements.
• The bidder must provide a completed bid package, including all required attachments, by the submission deadline.
• The bidder must possess a valid C-61, Limited Specialty with subcategory D-40 Service Station Equipment and Maintenance license.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance, including general liability, commercial automobile insurance, worker's compensation, and errors and omissions/professional liability.
• The bidder must comply with prevailing wage rates and other requirements.
• The bidder must submit a bid that is complete, responsive, and responsible.
• The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance and other required documents within ten working days of award of contract.
