The Town of Wadesboro is seeking environmental services for the rehabilitation of approximately 12 single-family housing units in Anson County. The selected vendor will be responsible for performing lead-based paint tests, lead clearance tests, asbestos tests, and radon tests on pre-1978 houses. The vendor must submit a proposal including their qualification statement, current licenses, and insurance information.
