Description
The City of Sidney is seeking bids to modify the Great Miami River water‑intake dam, including construction of a downstream rock riffle, stabilization of the existing low‑head dam, site clearing, grading, seeding, mulching, and installation of warning signage. The work is fully funded with federal requirements (Davis‑Bacon, Buy‑American, EEO, etc.) and requires performance and payment bonds for 100 % of the contract price.
