The Bethel School District #52 is seeking bids for the construction of a separate building addition to an existing elementary school, containing a gym, classrooms, and support spaces. The project also includes sitework and utilities associated with the addition, and targeted improvements to the existing school at the cafeteria, multi-purpose room, restroom suite, and main entry facade, and fire alarm system upgrades. The bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a surety bond, cashier's check, or certified check.
