Description
The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking bids for the replacement of a fire pump at City View Towers. The project includes the installation of a new fire pump system, electrical and mechanical services, and other work required for a complete code-compliant and operable system. The contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary for the complete installation of the fire pump and associated scope of work. The project must meet all manufacturer requirements, state laws, and local ordinances.
• The project includes hydrostatic testing of the new piping systems.
• The contractor shall provide a turn-key project, including all permits, fees, submittals, installation, acceptance testing, and final approvals.
• The contractor shall assign a project manager and job-site superintendent for the duration of the project.
• The project must meet the requirements of the Lowell Housing Authority.
