Switchboard Replacement Buildings 1 & 39

The University of North Florida is seeking a qualified electrical or general contractor to remove and replace the existing switchboards at Buildings 1 and 39 on the UNF Campus. The project includes all labor, materials, and supervision required to complete the work. The successful bidder will be required to provide a firm fixed price for the project. The project is expected to be completed within 365 calendar days of the notice to proceed. • The project involves the removal and replacement of existing switchboards at two buildings on the UNF Campus. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a firm fixed price for the project. • The project is expected to be completed within 365 calendar days of the notice to proceed. • The University requires a certified, cashier’s or treasurer’s check, bank draft, bank official check or bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount as a condition for participating in this competitive solicitation. • The successful Vendor shall provide and pay for performance and payment bonds for projects/agreements in excess of $100,000.
