Description
The City of Treasure Island is seeking contractors to remove and replace nine (9) existing 2‑ton Goodman straight‑cool split‑system HVAC units located within the substructure of its bascule bridge. This scope includes complete demolition of the existing units, procurement of new HVAC equipment, installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure proper operation under bridge conditions. The work is confined to the bridge substructure and must be coordinated to minimize disruption to bridge traffic.
