Description
The Nevada National Guard Office of the Military seeks a qualified contractor to design, engineer, obtain permits, fabricate, deliver, and install a new fuel‑farm gangway system at the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) in Reno. The work includes complete structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical integration, testing, and warranty support. The contractor must coordinate with the Guard, the selected gangway manufacturer, and the City of Reno, providing all labor, materials, and engineering stamped by a Nevada‑licensed professional engineer, and must meet Nevada, federal, and industry code requirements.
• Design and engineering of a SafeRack‑type (or equivalent) gangway, including all required calculations and permits.
• Procurement, delivery, and installation of the gangway system with foundations, anchors, supports, and related civil/mechanical/electrical work.
• Testing, commissioning, as‑built documentation, O&M manuals, warranties, and final acceptance inspection.
• Mandatory site‑visit attendance on 16 Oct 2026 and compliance with extensive insurance, background‑check, and Nevada‑based business preference requirements.
