Budget estimate

$720,000 – $1,080,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as it depends on the number of citations issued and the revenue generated from them. However, considering the Town's preference for a cost-neutral financial model, it's likely that the vendor will be paid a percentage of the citation revenue. Assuming an average citation revenue of $50 per citation and an estimated 1000 citations per month, the monthly revenue would be $50,000. With a cost-neutral model, the vendor's monthly fee could be around $20,000 to $30,000, depending on the terms of the contract. The total contract value for the initial 3-year term could be around $720,000 to $1,080,000.
