Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for a Network Security-SafeBreach (Brand Only) solution. The solution should provide a SafeBreach simulator subscription for 1 year, with a quantity of 30. The requesting department is the Internal Services Department. Bidders must provide a complete bid package, including a manufacturer's letter stating that the bidder is an authorized reseller. The bid response must be submitted online via the County's Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal by 12:00 PM on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
• The solution should meet the operating requirements of the using department.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for all products and services offered.
• The bid response must include a copy of the signed bid package and a manufacturer's letter within 90 days of the bid due date.
• The County reserves the right to select the bidder that is determined to be the most responsive and responsible.
• The award will be based on the lowest total acceptable offer.
