Gwinnett County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive pressure‑washing, clean‑and‑seal, and sculpture‑maintenance services for a wide array of county facilities on an annual basis, with the option to extend the contract up to five years. The work includes cold‑ and hot‑water pressure washing, chemical and abrasive cleaning, caulking, masonry sealing, minor painting, soft‑washing, and semi‑annual cleaning and annual sealing of two county sculptures. Bidders must submit sealed bids by the revised deadline and meet strict insurance, E‑Verify, and non‑collusion requirements.
• Scope covers > 2 million sq ft of surfaces across libraries, fire stations, police facilities, parks, and other county sites.
• Requires equipment capable of 2,000‑4,500 psi, hot/cold water, chemical/abrasive feed, and access lifts up to 40 ft.
