Description
The City of Litchfield is seeking sealed bids to replace and extend its water distribution system. The scope covers installation of approximately 6,127 ft of 14‑in. water main, 11,886 ft of 8‑in. water main, and 980 ft of 6‑in. water main, along with associated appurtenances, directional bores (including a cased bore under Illinois Highway 16), and rock bores. Bidders must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and comply with prevailing‑wage, Davis‑Bacon, and Buy‑America requirements. The project is funded in part by an EPA grant and will require 100 % performance and payment bonds.
