Request for Statement of Qualifications for Airport Engineering Services

The Almyra Municipal Airport is seeking a qualified engineering services consultant to provide various services, including airfield pavement rehabilitation, runway extension, and environmental studies. The selected consultant will be required to perform all phases of the projects, including working with government grant reimbursement schedules. The selection criteria will be based on the consultant's capability to perform the proposed projects, key personnel's professional qualifications, and their experience in airport projects comparable to the proposed tasks. The contract will be for 3 years with two possible 1-year extensions. • The services to be provided will be in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular (AC) 150/5100-14 (as amended). • The consultant will be required to work with government grant reimbursement schedules. • The selection criteria will include the consultant's capability to perform the proposed projects, key personnel's professional qualifications, and their experience in airport projects comparable to the proposed tasks. • The contract will be subject to the provisions of Executive Order 11246 (Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Opportunity) and to the provisions of Department of Transportation Regulations 49 CFR Part 23 (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation).
