Laboratory Testing Services

The County of Sacramento, Department of Waste Management and Recycling, is soliciting proposals for laboratory testing services. The selected proposer will provide groundwater quality testing services, including analyses of various parameters, and will be required to provide electronic data files and deliverables. The proposer must be accredited by the California State Water Resources Control Board Division of Drinking Water, or equivalent. The contract will be for a minimum of 3 years, and the County reserves the right to partially or completely remove certain analyses from the contract. • The proposer must provide a list of proposed method detection limits, reporting limits, and EPA test methods for each compound or parameter listed in the attachments. • The proposer must specify minimum required sample volumes for the analyses and provide a protocol for handling samples with less than the required sample volumes. • The proposer must provide courier service for sample pickup at DWMR's office, Kiefer Landfill, or Kiefer Treatment Plant, with 48 hours' advance notification. • The proposer must provide electronic data files in GeoTracker format and electronic data deliverables in an Excel format.
