Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division is seeking to purchase Precision IR Calibrators. The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis, and the offeror's initial offer should represent their best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. The calibrators must be brand new, TAA compliant, and meet the exact specifications outlined in the solicitation. The contract requires the delivery of 3 P/N 4180 Precision IR Calibrators and 2 P/N 4181 Precision IR Calibrators, along with IUID labels. The equipment must be delivered to the specified address within 4 weeks after award of the contract.
• The calibrators must have a one-year warranty with a sticker affixed to each unit and a warranty certificate.
• The calibrators must have a calibration certificate and calibration sticker.
• The units must be serialized.
• The units must have an IUID label applied per DFAR 252.211-7003.
• The manufacturer's standard operating and servicing manuals must be provided with each unit.
