Description
The Health and Human Services Commission is seeking proposals for Licensed Off Duty Peace Officer Services for Region 6. The contractor will provide licensed off-duty peace officers to perform security services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to renew for an additional 2 years. The contractor must have experience in providing security services and must be licensed by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.
* Provide licensed off-duty peace officers to perform security services
* Ensure that all officers are trained and certified in first aid and CPR
* Provide monthly reports on the number of hours worked and the number of incidents reported
* Ensure that all officers are familiar with the facility's emergency procedures
* Provide a supervisor to oversee the security officers
* Ensure that all officers are licensed by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement
* Provide proof of liability insurance
